- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to Bartlesville Physical Rehabilitation off and on for physical therapy to treat my cervical dystonia and spinal stenosis for so many years now I have lost count. When I first started I had several surgeries on my right arm. Through the course of treatment other problems started to develop and Michelle stuck with me and helped me get diagnosed. Kim Jacobs is also great and has helped me over the years. All the therapists and administration staff have become like family. They not only know their job and are very educated but they are fun, caring,and there when you need them. No matter how long its been in between having pt they are always ready to welcome me back with open arms to work me over and get me back to i need to be.
